1. Our Commitment

Musicale™ (“Musicale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making our website and services accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive experience where everyone can discover live music, browse events and venues, and manage their profiles and favorites. We continuously work to improve accessibility and welcome your feedback.

2. Standards We Follow

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines cover how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive. Our goal is to meet or exceed Level AA where practicable and to address any known gaps over time.

3. Features for Accessibility

We support the following features to improve accessibility:

  • Keyboard navigation: You can navigate the site using the keyboard (e.g., Tab, Enter, Escape). Interactive elements receive visible focus indicators so you can see where you are.
  • Screen readers and assistive technologies: We use semantic HTML, ARIA attributes where appropriate, and descriptive link and button text so that screen readers and other assistive technologies can interpret the content. We avoid relying on color alone to convey information.
  • Color and contrast: We aim for sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds. We also offer a dark mode (theme toggle) that you can use for preference or reduced glare.
  • Resizable text: You can zoom or resize text in your browser; we avoid fixed layouts that would break when text is enlarged.
  • Forms and labels: Form fields are associated with visible labels or instructions so you can complete sign-in, search, filters, and profile forms reliably.
  • Images and media: Images that convey meaning have alternative text (alt text) where applicable. Decorative images are handled so they do not interfere with assistive technologies.
  • Language: The primary language of the page is set so assistive technologies can use the correct pronunciation and language settings.
  • Skip and structure: We use headings and landmarks to help you move through the page logically. Where applicable, we support skip links or other ways to bypass repeated content.

4. Third-Party Content

Some parts of the Service include content or features from third parties (e.g., maps, event or ticket partners). We do not control the accessibility of those third-party sites or widgets. When we link to or embed third-party content, we encourage partners to meet accessibility standards, but we cannot guarantee their compliance. If you have trouble with third-party content, we can help you find alternatives where possible.

5. Known Limitations

Some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are working to address issues such as complex interactive components, dynamic content updates, and any remaining contrast or focus issues. If you encounter a specific barrier, please let us know so we can prioritize fixes and, where appropriate, provide an alternative way to access the information or feature.

6. Feedback and Accommodations

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Musicale. If you experience difficulty using any part of the Service or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We aim to respond promptly and, where possible, provide the information or service in an alternative format or suggest a workaround while we address the issue.

If you need an accommodation (e.g., alternative format, assistance with an event listing, or help with your account) related to a disability, please reach out and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

7. Contact

For accessibility-related questions, to report an issue, or to request an accommodation, please contact us at Contact or through the contact information provided on the Service. Please include “Accessibility” in your message so we can route it appropriately.
